During this period, we managed end-to-end finance and commercial operations, playing a pivotal role in strengthening financial controls and supporting overall business growth. Our responsibilities included comprehensive oversight of finance-related functions such as accounting, budgeting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
We were actively involved in distributor finalization, policy drafting, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring structured processes and smooth day-to-day business operations. These initiatives contributed to the establishment of robust governance frameworks and enhanced operational discipline across functions.
As part of the organization’s digital transformation journey, we led the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Odoo ERP systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance management reporting capabilities.
Additionally, we directed the logistics team in finalizing transporters, performed breakeven and cost analyses, and managed export-related documentation and compliance, thereby supporting effective supply chain management and margin optimization.
We also ensured full compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS and GST, supervised the finalization of books of accounts, and managed bank-related activities such as coordination with banks, documentation, and routine financial transactions.

👉Strengthening Audit, Tax Compliance, and Financial Reporting Across Diverse Industries
During my tenure at RHDB & Co. LLP, I was involved in statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit assignments, along with finalisation of books of accounts and review of financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards. I also supported MIS preparation and analysis for management purposes, enabling better financial visibility and decision-making.
My responsibilities included handling direct tax compliance matters, preparation and submission of Income Tax replies, coordination during assessments, and Income Tax Return filing. I worked across diverse sectors, including the logistics industry, distribution businesses, and online gaming platform industry, gaining exposure to sector-specific compliance requirements, risk assessment, and internal control evaluation.
This experience strengthened my practical understanding of financial reporting, audit execution, taxation, MIS reporting, and regulatory frameworks.

👉 Hands-on Audit and Compliance Experience Across Industries and Government Assignments
During this tenure, we worked extensively on statutory audits, internal audits, and revenue audits across a diverse set of industries, including hospitality, mining, transportation, and the power distribution sector. In addition, we were actively involved in the audit of various Government schemes, where our responsibilities included verifying utilisation of funds, reviewing compliance with scheme guidelines, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the concerned authorities.
Our scope of work also covered end-to-end accounting functions, including maintenance and finalisation of books of accounts, along with ROC compliances and statutory tax compliances such as Income Tax and GST. Each engagement required a thorough review of financial records, assessment of internal processes and controls, and close attention to regulatory requirements. We regularly coordinated with management teams and regulatory authorities to address queries, resolve compliance matters, and ensure smooth completion of assignments.
Through this hands-on experience, we developed a strong and practical understanding of public sector audits, industry-specific compliance frameworks, governance practices, and operational risks across multiple sectors.
